Hello everyone! I am Cova and
I am the youngest teacher who has tought in more than 20 different countries. I
really love travel but the most amazing about it is all that I have learnt in
each country with their culture and their way of teaching.
I would like to be your teacher for this year. I am specialist in ICT
and that means you can learn new things or how to speak in English playing with
new technologies!! Finally, in each lesson I will show you something new about
each country that I have been! So, KEEP CALM AND STILL LEARNING!! I hope to see

TOOL USED / ADVANTAGES AND DRAWBACKS
Advantages
I used Toontastic for creating the avatar. This tool is very easy to use
for kids and teachers.
It is free, and it is not needed to register an account.
With this app you can
record your voice or even a song very easily. There are 3 different kinds of
stories to create it. It is depends on the length of the story that you want to tell.
Also, they can learn how
a story works and the steps to create it. (beginning, middle, the end) The app
explains what you have to do in each part.
Our students have
different spaces or performances to create their story and also they can draw their
own scenes for that.
Drawbacks
This app is just
available for android or iOS so that means you cannot use it in Pc`s, you just can use it in iPad,
tablets or smart phones.
The characters are predetermined
but you can attach a picture in their face or draw your own character. It
is not able to change the shape of their eyes or their hair.
This inconvenience is not
actually bad, because if you want to keep the privacy of your students this app
would be perfect.
